Copper Conductive Fiber

Short Description:

Copper conductive fiber: the core layer of the substrate is nylon, the skin is copper alloy Color: copper brown

Product Detail

Product introduction

The resistivity is 1*102~1*103 ohms/cm.

Using multi-rake magnetron vacuum sputtering, composite coating and oxidation

resistant finishing process, sputtered copper alloy and fiber polymerization into one,

and the fiber surface formed a solid oxidation resistant film structure, with good

conductive function, soft, resistant to repeated washing, super antistatic.

Copper plated filament

Copper-coated filament is developed by our company to meet the market on Shielding

material flexible preparation andof electromagnetic shielding basic materials.

Specification

Yarn Count Base Filaments Before Platting (D) After Platting (D) Resistance(Ω/cm)
40D FDY 12F 40 50 7-9Ω
70D FDY 24F 70 80 1.5-2.5Ω

Products with different diameters and copper content can be customized according to customer requirements.

Product characteristics

* Soft & Flexible, strong malleability for downstream use

* Electromagnetic shielding effect

* Strong electrical conductivity

* Durable antibacterial, deodorant, self-cleaning function

* Good hydrophilicity and comfortable

Washing & Maintenance:

Use neutral detergent to wash or brush softly

under 40℃ water wash

no bleaching

After washing, do not twist hard to prevent wrinkles from affecting the appearance.

Do not expose to sunlight, dry in a ventilated place

Use a steam iron to iron

Be exposed to the air, copper fiber can’t avoid oxidation, fabrics can be black or dark, attributes normal phenomenon, it will not affect the fiber effect.

To remove rust, use white vinegar or diluted glacial acetic acid (concentration less than 2%) after cleaning.
